I think when all the eyes and all the negative words are always at you then it gets somehow difficult for the person to perform with all his heart and brain. And for now the person is Eric Ten Hag who is facing all this stuff. But this is the time of really a test for him how he got rid from all of the criticism. And for now there is no capacity for any little mistake for him. He has to be proven himself as the best coach. Who drove the team from best to bestest. Only in this situation his career is safe otherwise what he is facing already is more than enough. And for the fans and viewers i think with critics a little bit of motivation is also there. Because it is not necessary that the same things happen every time even at different places. Different places different changes should occur.

The failure at Manchester United has really tinted his reputation and now the doubts about his ability to get Leverkusen to doing better than they are already,  this is his chance for him to prove his ability to do better than.
