imagine I have issues I feel they could handle then i table my issues here but get cold replies, how do they feel I'll be interested in using their services afterwards. Anyway I've checked the representative's profile to see that it's not been for few days, hopefully he'll get back and do the needful.
I think if you have any issues with them and you want them to hand it, it's better you send an email to their official mail request the team to attend to your enquiries on this forum, that can remind the team that people really needs their response as soon as possible.
No one knows why they are not online for days now but hope to see a reply soon.
For official matters I believe hitting their email should be the best place since they may be more active there to respond to messages of their clients faster but also considering the request and the demands of some of their intending clients I think they should be very active here also so that they can respond to some of the questions both on this thread and some in pm so that they can redirect the clients the best place to channel their requests, complains and some information they would like to give to them considering the work they intend to help them on. If the op is very active on the forum he will give a clarification to so many pending requests and give a more suitable answers to all the pending questions, let's hope he comes online soon despite his busy schedules.
