The Nigerian Falcons started the chase to regain the African title on a very good note. They defeated the Tunisian female national team in their first game today. Rinsola Babajide celebrated her goal by mimicking Diogo Jota's style in an emotional remembrance of the late Liverpool player. The Nigerian team lost lots of chances but I am glad they got the maximum three points.
I'm so proud of the Falcons, they are stopping at nothing to keep the flag flying up high, I love that they had a flawless victory here, this is an epic start and I believe they have what it take to sustain this energy they have started off with .

I will be even far more proud if I see that they win the African title again this year knowing that they are currently the highest holder amongst other African female teams.
