At the very least this should be moved to altcoin section, if not deleted alltogether but as we can see its still there in Bitcoin Discussion.

No need to post about it in Meta, Just report the topic to the moderators. In Most cases they will delete it if it's off-topic, low quality or just spam. Or they may just move it to an appropriate board. It is very rare that your report maybe mark as bad.

OP, the first thread had some AI-written text in it. You could have just reported it to the moderators without creating a thread. The second one should also be reported to the moderators; there's no need to create separate threads, since it's up to the moderators to decide the importance of such discussions anyway. I'm sure you see a lot of unnecessary open threads, but do they need to be discussed further?

Yeah I saw that thread and wondered how such a thread managed to last that long without being deleted because it's not only spam, it's  pointless. I know that mods have a lot on their plates and can't always be aware when such posts like this come up but it's good that when it's brought to their attention, adequate action gets taken.
