All thanks to the keeper, full time 4 goals to 0 is a catastrophic result so far, Real Madrid did show their weakness and it was taken advantage of. PSG on the other hands knows what it means to defeat Madrid in the semi final and they never walked inside the pitch like they were not sure of winning, they played with confidence, exactly what Madrid lacked that caused them the two goals in the beginning of the match.
I lack words to describe this defeat Rela Madrid just suffered against PSG, xabi Alonso was really hyped before this fixture in that they were looking at his performance from where he came from to Real Madrid and the achievements there, it made everyone believe that since he has made it this far in this tournament,  and considering his person, he was going to win PSG seeing  that they have mbappe who understands PSG so well and would have enlightened Madrid on better ways to get PSG but even without some mainstay defenders PSG did not concede a goal which made it a classic.
I was surprised when Real Madrid failed to score a single goal despite their attacking style. It wasn't PSG who had a strong defense, but Real Madrid who couldn't create many chances. Regardless, this 4-0 defeat was quite embarrassing in my opinion.
On the other hand, PSG must also be acknowledged as being in top form and full of confidence after their achievements last season.

For Xabi Alonso, he may need to make significant changes next season if he wants to win the title. It's already clear that Real Madrid still has many shortcomings, and Xabi Alonso's tactics haven't been able to create a well-organized team performance across all lines.
Actually, there is not much to panic about concerning this Real Madrid dilemma because it is only obvious that the issue here is just about the end of an era which is the case, I think the Spanish side has dominated European football for quite a long time now and at such other clubs would have developed capacity all these years but what I expect Xabi Alonso to do right now is to try and see how he would impact on the players mentality because the entire team seem to having some sort of psychological issues as a result of last season's encounters against Barcelona, Arsenal, the injuries, and the departure of Carlo Ancelotti.
