The only time Nigeria can ever get better as a nation, is when we all accept to be one . Tribalism is the major factor that has been eating up Nigeria since it's creation. If an Hausa man is in power, the the Igbos or Yorubs always sees it as a problem.
If we can overlook our different tribes and ethnicity, Nigeria can move forward. Appointments should be based on competence not ethnicity.
This would ensure that the most qualified individual hold positions of power rather than those who are best connected ethnically.

Wetin you talk so na true, assuming say everybody dey speak one language, no time wey this country for worse like this, even if hatred and jealousy for dey am but e for no too much like this.
But as people dey speak different languages, people dey easily feel threatened, even if the people wey dey power feel no harm, other tribes go dey feel like say them won do something wey go affect them and na like conflict and commotion dey step in.
So, if only love and trust fit dey lead for this country, change go step in, even if no be completely but change go dey am.
