Yes Bitcoin is now standing tall above $114k so at this point I feel like Bitcoin is growing faster than anything. Bitcoin also spawned a new ATH today because it may have been observed by everyone that Bitcoin is rising to new heights and everyone may have started to reimagine that the Bull Run is starting again. At this point it's safe to say that there may not be a recession in the Bitcoin market because given the bullish sentiment at the moment, I'm trying to be realistic that Bitcoin might break the $150k resistance very soon.
You are right that when the market is in risk-on mode and there is a negative correction then many imagine that the process has been interrupted and the bull run is over.

Since Bitcoin has reached a new high, there is a great possibility of it's price increasing. Moreover, there was a speculation in the crypto community that Bitcoin might quickly cross 120k and at some point it might go up to 150k, the current bullish movement is acting as a reflection of that. If some have predicted that Bitcoin's price might increase towards the end of the year, but such predictions are often wrong. Bitcoin price is capable of reaching that level even before the expected time. In particular, I think that Bitcoin's bullish movement will continue as long as the Trump administration is in power. Maybe there might be some stability for a while, but it will take a bullish movement again.
