The Club World Cup currently underway appears to be a preparation for next year's European Champions League. We're seeing Paris Saint-Germain playing well enough to qualify for the finals once again. Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Manchester City are other important and well-playing teams. Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain will meet in the Club World Cup final. Considering they could meet in the Champions League next year, we can speak of a different level of competition for the Champions League. It's not surprising to see European teams in such strong form. Next year's Champions League will be even more exciting and exciting.
Next seasons UEFA Champions League competition I think will be more fierce than we've experienced in recent years ago that's because the quality of the teams that's already qualified and the chances that more teams are still gonna improve during the campaign will make the competition a very difficult one for the top European clubs.
Paris Saint Germaine I think have already established themselves as the best tactically organized European team at the moment. Regardless of their result against Chelsea on Sunday, I strongly believe that PSG will be the team to beat in the UCL next season

I agree that Ancelotti can not be blamed alone for the teams inability to win a trophy last season,  one of the faults I found is that they had a cluster of stars and in the bid to shine independently,  they had some undertone selfish performance,  may not be obvious but it did affected the team, sometimes it is disadvantage to have too many players who are stars on the team, at some point there were conflict of positions while in play amongst some of the players,  that is one of the challenges xabi will be facing at Real Madrid,  a rotational strategy may be ideal to save the day this season.
Before the arrival of Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr was Real Madrid's star man and was even saddled with the responsibility of taking penalties — a job he was doing exceptionally well. But since the France international joined the team, a lot have changed. From being the most media talked about to becoming the club's first choice PK taker, Kylian Mbappe is now seen as the face of Real Madrid and that i don't think is appealing to some members of the squad.

I saw a report today from one of the top Spanish sports tabloids Marca that "Real Madrid are worried about the "EGO" problems in their team" and to proffer a solution to these problems, the report further said that “They will sit down & talk to certain players to know exactly what they want, what they are looking for & how far their commitment to the club goes”.
For Xabi Alonso to succeed at the club, he must address this issue, sort it out in the best way that'll give every member of the team a sense of value. For those who aren't ready to play out their hearts for the club, they can be asked to leave. Real Madrid needs to get back to the top, that's where the club belongs.
