His case is with BCPoker, not with BC. They're sister-casino. Sister. Means they're related but they're separate entity. There isn't much my contacts on BC can do about BCPoker cases as they have their own compliance team, and I'm currently trying to have my contact to get me acquainnted with someone from BCPoker compliance.
