I think we're putting this in because it's become a buzzword.

It's not ordinary hands that is being used in writing those programs but with computers, after writing the program, the computer takes the command organized it and deliver a result. What advantage it will bring is for the casino and nothing much for the gamblers. That's something that has been discussed if you read the previous comments.
