Yes it is true once there representative is able to provide response to some of the questions here definitely it will help a lot in clearing those that are in doubt. Since this thread has already been created they should try as much as they can to be active in other to be able to attend to some critical questions here, if possible they can means of contact not just email since this is something that people needs to be sure of before they can trust them. Just like what the OP said let's watch and see if any of there representative will be active in the thread soon to address some of the issues here because there absence is really some how.
Although other users had made attend in one way or the other in answering few of my questions, which i asked in my previous comments, but am not still satisfy with there answers, why because, am still eager to hear from there representative there are things I will like there representative to clear me on, because am already picking interest on This KeychainX of a thing, the type of services they offer are unique and special, so I will like to know deep things about them, because This is the matter of trust and secondly This my first time of hearing about there type of services.
