Ser, we have seen many brand new/newbie accounts come here and go, accusing different Bitcoin casinos and services as "scams" because there was an actual issue in their accounts. Some issues were resolved, but there were some issues that weren't, BUT there's one FACT that always stays - Shuffle is NOT a scam.
Some individuals may say it has "poor customer service", and that may or may not be true, BUT accusing it of being a scam is simply NOT true.
Yeah. Shuffle is 100% legit for sure
though their KYC policies are spotty these days just like several other crypto gambling sites. Their team already clarified in the thread that he is a multi-accounter
though they didn't really provide any proof.
He did get his initial deposit back which is the silver lining for him and this particular case is pretty much done and dusted basically.
No casino is perfect. There will always be at least one person who'll say "don't play there" because they had an issue, or was unhappy with the service. But that's OK, it doesn't make that casino, if truly legit, a "scam".
I believe the "not providing proof issue" was because it was the provider that forwarded the issue to the casino, so they can't provide any information, OR they can't provide any data/proof because giving it away would help nefarious entities in navigating around the casino's security measures.
