You are right, regular updating of the thread would give the community confidence that they are active here to attend to customers, and not only that, they constantly listen and also carry their community along in all their activities as well.
I am still looking for opinions on other good wallet recovery services so I can compile them. The case of newbies creating service thread without even watching the thread for replies is something we keep seeing often here and I hope that those newbies would understand what it meant by creating a service thread without keeping an eye on it.
You can not create a project or company and not keep an eye on what people think about it especially when it comes to feedbacks that can really help to grow the project to a substantial level. Business should be taken seriously and not like what we have been seeing with newbie accounts on the service board.
