I will take time to improve the performance of team to make eligible for the ODI World Cup but that team could participate in the T20 World Cup tournament if players played well in the all matches which they will play against teams . But preference of people always matters a lot to improve the team . The example is in front of us because many teams which are the top are improving day by day . I am taking about Australia and England. These countries invented this game and played first match of history and they are also top teams of the World.
