For Inter I will agree thsg we can expect a lot from them but with Roma I cannot be sure or even to think of it, I will rather anticipate Napoli than to think or Roma doing great things this season. If Roma turns around to do better then good for them, by then they should have their inconsistency fixed but until then I still trust Inter Milan the most.

Napoli did something extraordinary last season in the Italian league and we would like to see them continue that touch of progress and creativity in the coming season. Perhaps we are now seeing in them the same winning tendency that the golden boy of the Napoli club was able to do so well long ago. You are right that Inter Milan did not have the opportunity to do anything extraordinary this season but Juventus Football Club changed managers with them earlier in the season.
So depending on the direction of these teams they could have extreme competition with Napoli and Napoli will be among the best competitors, additionally this team will be considered a top contender in recruiting new players.
