It was a failed experiment obviously, I believe it was worth the experiment after all. El Salvador understands better how the bitcoin market works and why it couldn't serve as legal tender not as a researcher anymore but from the stand point of experience, with the gathered experience they understand the advantage and disadvantage such that they will be first consult/ reference when it comes to making volatile assets as legal tender.

To make a step forward, one may do two steps back - and El Sal is no exception.

IMF will always be on the tail of smaller countries trying something with crypto overall or something that goes not in line with traditional ways.
