I have the feeling I’ve left this behind but, there are times I gamble above my limit and I’m not really pleased with my loss. This could easily make me want to chase it and a couple of times, I fall for it. It’s not a major problem though, I have great control over it.
My weakness towards gambling isn’t in gambling itself but times when I feel I just need some cash out of the blue to spend. Obviously, I look to gambling and it doesn’t hesitate to hit me real good.

Fortunately, I don't have any weaknesses when it comes to gambling. I had them in the past when I started gambling. It was four weeks of terror. I lost constantly, felt useless, and even thought about gambling even when I was doing real-world activities. I came to the conclusion that I needed to stop gambling, and I did.

I stopped for many years and only returned four years ago, but with a very strong mindset and no weaknesses. I look at gambling as entertainment only. I don't think about gambling when I'm doing other things. I take months-long vacations from gambling, and I bet on weekends and only on a few games. I follow strict rules to avoid falling into the trap like I did in the early days when I started sports betting.
