i do coinbase because set up with ID bank account was a huge pain.

The customer support lady just would read cue cards like a robot and contradict herself. I feel bad they only get paid $5 a day and barely speak english and probably never owned a computer or I phone. I could hear roosters in her yard they breed them in the philipines. So I found the problem of my locked account was I was wearing my hair down at the DMV that day and to get the 100% AI crap software to verify I had to wear my hair down. If i cut it short I wouldnt have a coinbase account, Of course customer service is a joke. BIORobots That will never make enough to open an account so what do they care if some rich american gets messed up. At one point I started SHOUTING STOP READING THE SCRIPT AND LISTEN!!!!! horrible.

Customer Support, you're right unfortunately. Whether its exchange or casino or basically anything on internet, its super super rare to get an agent that actually understands whats going on.

Now with AI/chatgpt it gets even worse, they don't need to pay anyone and think thats all enough.

Coinbase getting people in Philippines sounds really unreal tho
