If you check the hyperlink attached to the image in the OP, you’ll see that it’s more of a tracking link than an affiliate link. It’s clearly being used to track how many users access the casino from this thread.
It’s also obvious that Ybet and Immerion are linked, not just based on the similar layouts but also from the hyperlink mentioned above.
I hope the OP will tell us more about the relationship between Immerion and Ybet to avoid any misunderstandings.
