Arsenal have money and I can see that Arteta is not too worried about paying more if he thinks this player can suit him. And I think it is not a good approach when Arteta tries to renew the attacking line like this, there is very little time left before the start of the season and these players will not even have enough time to adapt and prepare properly for the new season. In fact, Arsenal have a very good team, but they are constantly missing something, and Arteta is trying to figure out where exactly.

His club has money, but he has responsibility to spend it wisely. Paying madueke 50m is obvious overpay, and he will also play as Saka's back up. He should have learned a lot after his Sterling transfer failed last season.

As funny as it is I wonder what Chelsea gave to Arteta that's making him buy their unwanted players I'm not saying Arsenal would go for Jackson but I won't be suprised if it happens. If thru could sign Sterling when it wasn't necessary then chances are that they could sign Jackson if they miss getting Gyokeres. Arteta should do everything possible to get Gyokeres it would be a big miss that he'll regret later it he doesn't Gyokeres is even making it easy for Arsenal to get him so I don't understand what's holding them.
