If every gambler have that mentality and work on that concept I think it would help tackle addiction cause people would know when it the right time to pause for a while than chase loses. Many people have made terrible mistakes cause they don't realise that it's a 50/50 chance that alone should help them avoid gambling beyond their pocket or gambling with the mentality of generating wealth. We all need to maintain the habit of gambling responsibly.

Exactly my point too, but the problem have always been the quest of making money through gambling, not just that, but to quickly make a huge amount of money. If so many gamblers reduces their expectations of making quick money through gambling, there will be a reduction in addition.

It’s truly hard to make money if you are doing it on entertainment purposes services such as gambling. Even I with good percentage of profit to lose ratio is still don’t consider gambling as source of profit because I knew most game doesn’t have any certainty of profit.

We should consider gambling as entertainment purposes and stop using it as source of income.

I have seen some gamblers who take risks knowing that they will win or lose in gambling. They say that they want to take risks to change their life. Losing ratio of such gamblers is quite high because they consider gambling not as entertainment but as a part of earning. Those who gamble knowing that there is no guarantee of winning from gambling must remember that they should not spend more than they can afford to lose. Who are aggressive gamblers often face disaster because they bet the money they cannot afford to lose, and there are some gamblers who even used necessary money for their family expanse.
