When you work in a company, you definitely have to perform duties according to your position, they will not keep you there and pay you because of your degree. I agree with you, nothing good can ever be achieved with just a paper and pen degree, real experience and skills are always needed, a degree is certainly an important foundation, but it is only the key to opening the door, and then everything depends on your skills and abilities. You can get a job with the help of a degree, but after getting that job, if you cannot complete the tasks given to them with your skills, in that case they will very simply fire you from the job, and your degree will become completely worthless there. So a degree is necessary, but just having a degree is not enough, rather you must increase your skills and real experience, otherwise your degree is completely worthless.
