Clubs is like a casino, is a business and their main focus is the revenue generation from both players and the entire team members, and anything that make players not to perform in a way that put the club ahead of others by winning most of the time it means their are liability to the club already, so is not only Real Madrid that tend to neglect players that are having poor performance, other clubs are doing same, that is the reason you see that a club will sake a coach that under perform in a season despite performing well in previous seasons.
