Fraud no.2 State Bank of India in which the debit numbers can start from 11/ to 17 when for checking only 10 numbers were entered in it IFCS code and bank It was about one such account which is not debited. But the merchant of these people knows that this is a wrong account number and on this the payment will fail. They took full advantage of this and by making some fake payment as the basis, showed the payment as successful in their application. The one who cannot access the debit can make this payment.
