It feels good am back here to this wonderful exercise, at least for three days now, despite I still feel slight pains within my muscles due to the fact that I went off for far too long. But sincerely, I feel the lightness and ease that comes with everyday push ups and little exercises as I used to feel before when I was very active. For pains and to build slowly too, am taking it bit by bit. Just a 10×5 session, totalling 50 push ups. At least for now, slow and calm till I rebuild. We must stay fit & alert health wise.

I'd you have been exercising consistently I think you will even be more energetic to keep pushing because practice makes improvement but when you have given it a break like you said you had some slight way back, of course it you are going to feel those pains like you are just getting started.
Regaining back your power and ease to the muscular pain is when you have taken it a routine and keep to it.
It is also necessary to stay fit and in good health so that we can always enjoy the rewards of our investing and hodling on some specific targets in the long or short term. The pushups has not been a childs obligation pushing right from when this pushup exercise was pegged on the bitcoin price. I dearly appreciate everyone following up the work.
