Rodrigo is still quite young and has the opportunity to excel at Real Madrid if he's patient. However, if he wants first-team football, a move to another club is a much better option. Both players truly love the club, but competition for regular playing time is tough due to the high competition from other players in their positions. I would prefer both players find other teams so they can play regularly in the first team. This would significantly increase their value, as they can demonstrate their best qualities and contribute to the team.

The thing that he doesn't like is the fact that he already proved himself there once, needing to prove himself all over again makes no sense when there are millions of teams who would like to start him as soon as he arrives.

Sure Real Madrid is a great team and anyone would love to play there, and I am sure Rodrygo would prefer to stay and play there, but if he has to earn his place, when he already got them help on UCL wins, last minute goals, and great play so far, then needing to show himself yet again makes no sense to him at all. This is why it makes more sense if we could end up seeing him go to another team, and start there and play the way he has been. I am sure this season he will stay, and see what happens, but if he doesn't get the minutes he deserves, next summer he may leave.
