Dearie bitcoin has given us hope that it numbers would keep increasing check it's history to see for yourself am not saying there's no possibility of it ending, anything can happen but then take note that Bitcoin would definitely get to $1m.

We've seen it attained several ATH since last year and it would keep doing that for as long as possible, hope you're aware that volatility is never a barrier to the growth of Bitcoin, if you're aware of that then the question you asked isn't necessary.
