The masterminds have been in this business for three decades.

The lone whistleblower is under police protection, but they never know if one of these agreed to take his head for money, or if they exert every means and fail, they will likely fly out of the country and settle in a country with no extradition treaty with the Philippines. I guess this is likely what’s going to happen; the whole country is watching, and we will see how this thing goes.

I also anticipating the possibilities then they can just create a story about what happened, opinion wise, the big boss have his own deeper connection to those higher officials might not direct with the current government but those who are in the service for such a long time, those who are in his Payola/payroll.

He can use his money to play with the government to delay the case while working inside with his connection to put down the witness.
