Personally I think the only time anyone is qualified to use the word he has won the casino is if his overall win engulf his loses.
the problem is that a lot of gamblers do not even track whatever they win or lose so they really don't know like winning big one time probably feels like you have covered your losses but when you look back you will realize that it is not even close
Those who are conscious of how they spend their money should be able to at least once in a month sit back and analyze how much profits they've made from gambling, they don't even necessary needing to start checking history just a rough estimate of their wins and loss will do. Then if the loses are much they should know how much to be used for gambke and restructure their mind that gamble cannot afford the kind of life they want to live first, so they rather see it as an entertainment. You can't be spending money on thin air and hope for better days ahead even when you keep losing over and over again, smart people ask themselves questions like is this worth it? I do gamble most time but I'm always conscious of how much I gambke with.
