Drugs is not the issue in this case but the disappearance of the 34 cockfight enthusiasts that believed to be murdered and thrown in the lake. Gambling in the Philippines is a nationwide problem right now due to the emergence f online gambling but cockfighting is there for a long time already and this is the only time that there is a news related to it and i could say that this is an isolated event as those murdered were believed to be cheaters. I don't agree with the way these cheaters ended and hope the government will action necessary so that those behind the killings will be brought to justice.

As for the gambling ban, i don't think Philippines is heading that way as cockfighting is a billion pesos industry that supports lives of many ordinary people nationwide.

This might be that involved some possible things like:

1. Financial disagreements or debts
2. Personal Conflicts in between individuals/parties
3. Intentional in the first place

The hard thing on here is that it is that getting involved with some rich people who are that going against them would be that very that like on trying to fight a huge wall.
They are that financially capable and they do have those connections on which it would be that so hard on going against them and thats why these kind of cases on which it do end up on easily being silenced.
We dont know actually the main reasons of these disappearance but pretty much sure that there's that those possibilities that been mentioned above. There are no solid evidences as of this moment and it do still remain to be that pending or continuing on trying out to look or seek for evidences.
