Holy darkness constantly reaches out to the casino on behalf of the players and tries to get the cases solved. BC Game support could have done the same job. But BC game support is on a rush, and they close the ticket right after posting a copy-pasted reply.

Sometimes, I feel like I should offer them some free assistance so I can help the victims as well. I would fire the most support agents during my working day because of their laziness and unhelpful support.
