For those of us who love jogging from time to time we should be very careful whenever we do such because the injury that comes with it might keep one out for a long time especially ankle injury. While I was out this morning someone twisted his ankle and that was the end for him, he couldn't stand on his own and luckily for him some of the guys around helped him and that alone got me paused for a minute, started having this crazy imagination, what if it was me? What's the best way to avoid such injury? I don't think there's any thing to be done to stop it from happening, the pain is something else.

I love jogging, but I haven't jogged in a long time. If you don't want to sustain injury when jogging, always take a rest when you notice you are tired or stop jogging for that day, book a taxi and go home so that you won't expose yourself to injury, and also know the distance you can easily cover to and fro so that you won't expose yourself to injury.
I completely agree with you but do you know that there are some person's who have only made 1 step and boom the injury come to life without the person sweatingband that would be the end of him or her attempting jogging, do know it happens? We can't really tell the actual when it will happen but I'll advise you make some little stretching before you start running like someone like you that haven't jogged in a while, you need to stretch before going hard on it because you have been doing before, no. Making the body flexible before such move helps a lot.
Where you said taking a cab to help reach your destination is good too but you can sustain muscle pull in the cab or taxi, for me I prefer taking a rest first and do some touches on your muscles so that it will be free before making any move not that taking a cab isn't good, hope you get me?😁 Stretching before and after jogging is good, always keep that in mind.

legsleg and hurt their ankle. It is true that I haven't been jogging for a long time, but since I have been active in doing push-ups, I don't have any problem with jogging. If I decide to jog today, I can jog even though I don't stretch my body, and nothing bad will happen to me because this push-up exercise has helped my body to be fully fit to do any physical exercise.
