NAPOLI BLOCKS OSIMHEN'S TRANSFER TO GALATASARAY

Napoli has blocked Victor Osimhen's Galatasaray transfer citing that they can only accept full release clause payment by Galatasaray and not 5 installmental payments. For me i think Galatasaray shouldn't put themselves under pressure just to sign a single player like Victor Osimhen because the club don't have enough money to foot his transfer fee and running into debt just to sign him should not be the best option and if Napoli keeps making things difficult for Clubs that comes to sign Osimhen, he should just relax till his contract expires and he leaves as a free agent instead of this frustrations by Napoli.
Napoli are not interested in keeping Victor Osimhen at their club, they are just trying to get as much money possible from his sale. Why do they even believe that Galatasaray have very big finances to spend in the summer transfer window someone has to be leaking this secret lol.
