What you said is true there is need for them to be active in this thread despite the fact that there details are contained in there website. There is need for a well established communications as this will increase the trust or make people to trust there service. Even me self I have so many questions to but since they have not being active I see no need to ask those questions. I believe they have representative, they should be active online to address some of the questions here and also this will boost the trust people have for their service
Of course this is there thread they have to be here always to respond to question and engage people in this conversation too, yea we have seen what the company is all about in their website and there services they render, I think that not enough, this thread will keep getting attention of people if people keep noticing their presence, infact there are who will come to this thread to see for themselves what the team will have to say and if these set of person check for some time and they aren't noticing anything, this may cause discouragement, so this suggestions are what the team need to look into and start doing the needful for them to actualize their aim of being here.
