Uhh holy afraid holy will be the bringer of bad news.

So, my contact reached me yesterday night, though I was only with my personal phone yesterday and didn't have any way to validate or invalidate their claim. But today, with my forum device at hand, I can confirm their rebuttal.

OP, you accessing from Germany should bring you this image below, as proven with me switching to Germany with VPN to test their statement:

Did you not get blocked by the message? Or were you using VPN?

No I didnt get the pop up since the the opera vpn is always active in my browser.
I just read the the old TOS again and it says:

5.2. JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Martin, and the USA (the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") are not permitted to use the Service. For clarity, these restrictions on engaging in real-money play apply equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions, including manipulating information used by BC. GAME to identify your location or providing false or misleading information about your location or residence, is a breach of this Agreement.

this doesn't explicitly prohibit the use of a VPN unless you want to "circumvent these restrictions" which I didn't want nor did I have to since Germany wasn't restricted!

PS: I just tried to access my account without a VPN and yes I get a pop up window which you can easily click away and use the account normally INCLUDING deposits and placing bets.

This got to be the most misleading, scummiest tactic Ive ever come across to fck over your customers, hands down.
