I no understand wetin you dey try talk, but Satoshi created bitcoin in such a way that he has no special right than anyone in the bitcoin community. There was no "right" to sell, whatever that even means. Decentralization puts control in the hands of no single entity.

The amount Satoshi is said to have is just an estimate, nobody really knows how many bitcoins he has. Satoshi has also not spent a cent from any of those addresses, hence the speculation if Satoshi is alive or doesn't want to spend the coins for privacy/anonymity reasons.
