Like i rightly stated, I wont come to a conclusion on this matter. If he is a good coach, he will surely prove it in more than one season. Because some seasons are a fluke, being in the right spot at the right moment and luckily win a trophy. Manchester United almost did it last season but Tottenham took it away from them. Maresca should not be judge by one season performance, with time we will know if he is competent enough to lead the Chelsea team to more victories. But wining the Club World Cup and Conference league is quite a good performance for last season.
Do you seriously think that way? Look, Maresca came to the team and in just one season won the Conference League with Chelsea, won the Club World Cup, and secured a Champions League spot through the Premier League. And you're saying that's not enough and that we still need time to assess his competence? Let me remind you that before that, he also won the Championship with Leicester. I think that’s more than enough to see how competent this coach is. And I believe that with the way they’re playing, they’ll have good results in the new season, Maresca is an excellent coach.
I'm also surprised that some still doubt Coach Maresca's ability to build a stronger Chelsea. I think he has potential, as you can see from your explanation above. He's only been with Chelsea for one season, but he's already made a huge difference. Behind Chelsea's success in winning the Club World Cup, it's important to realize that PSG this season have beaten Arteta, Xabi Alonso, Simone Inzaghi, Slot, and Kompany, but PSG haven't been able to beat Maresca. This is certainly proof that Chelsea is getting stronger under Maresca's guidance. Therefore, I believe Chelsea will be a serious contender for the Premier League trophy next season.

Under Maresca, I've seen Chelsea's play become more solid, and overall, the Chelsea players performed well both on and off the ball. They played effectively and efficiently against a tough opponent. Just look at how they weren't provoked by PSG's play; instead, they provoked PSG, which allowed them to capitalize on their scoring opportunities.
