Mastering the act of winning in gambling such that the wins are very frequent is very possible, the thing is that we would want to see mastery as a point where you never get to suffer a loss meanwhile it is supposed to be a point where the losses become so minimal that the wins cover so well for it that it is almost not felt, even mastery in any craft sometimes does suffer some kind of losses or mistakes so if you see it from this point of view, you will agree to the possibility of mastery in gambling and winning. Skill is actually part of all of this because you need to build a skill to get to mastery
