Hi everyone, I haven't been able to spin the wheel for a while.
I have tons of spins in stock, but when I go to the page
https://freebitco.in/static/html/wof/wof-premium.html, if I click on a single spin, it says "Spin expired", If I click on the "spin all" button, it resets and doesn't work. Then I reload and this happens every time. Has anyone solved this problem? Obviously, there's no point in contacting them. I've been contact the support at
support@freebitco.in at least once a day, but never received a response...
I have this issue too, just don't send them repetitive emails, let's hope they find the source of the issue and fix it soon.
I’ll follow your advice and stop send them mail about it so often, but what strikes me as odd is that no one seems to mention this issue anymore. Does that mean most people have already fixed it? If so, how? I have more than 1,500 spins, and it’s really frustrating not being able to use them. Sure, spin keep piling up in the meantime, but can we be certain the problem will be resolved? It would be helpful to hear from others in the same situation - has anyone ever received a response from the Freebitco team, or have they stayed completely silent?
Some people have this issue, it's related to notification wof spin they used to pay , The last notification wof we got has turned into a bugged wof that is not working.
I think there is no way to fix it on our side, freebitco should resolve it ,
ofif they reactivate the notification wof the issue will be fixed.
