Well maybe grill your young family member first before making an accusation here. That would safe everyone the time, right? Because if that's actually the case then it's a violation of the TOS, as hard as it sounds but betfury would be right to ban your account. I mean wifi wise this should not be an issue. People often log into account from several public wifis, that's no reason to close an account, even if stated in TOS.

What you mean? my device was never used by other person or account so if wifi its not an issue they have 0 right to ban my acccount and steal my deposit + profits
