OP is actually thought about how to stay risk free from Bitcoin investment otherwise, I don't see how anyone would be aware that investors are only in position of making profits when the market price increases above their buying entries will still think of making sam profits even when the market is going down.

Dear OP, what you ask for is absolutely impossible and I support what @SuperBitMan has said here that you should not let to be "deceived" by anyone with the claim that you can make profits even when the market is gone DIP also as when the market goes against your predictions as a trader.

The only profitable move you can take as an investor on the DIP is to buy more ane hold or if you are a swing trader you can also buy at the DIP and keep the market on monitor and sell when price increase.
If you are a future trader you can predict on what outcome will the price result in a specific time then if it falls against your predictions you wins but if it goes contrarily you loose. This is not prioritized on the DIP
