A coach will use his way to train his team so we may see differences between one another. But they will have the same purpose to do that, win every match. We could say that one coach does not care or treat one player but he may give another train to that player just because he sees the other potential in that player. He will use the other way to train that player to improve his performance. We don't know what exactly he wants to do because we don't see the daily things he did.
