what is interesting is that money and investments is just one part of the puzzle here, a person could be really rich but still feel miserable, true happiness and inner peace is not fully dependent on the amount of money a person has neither possessions
it's something much deeper

have you heard of the concept of ikigai? finding what you love to do, what people pays you, what is useful to the world and what you want to do.
Have you heard this sentence "I'd rather to crying in yacht rather than crying in hut".

Few years ago I think the same like you, I thought money is just one part and not actually the true happiness, until someone said to me "if you think you're rich and you still not happy, it means you still lack of money".

It's true, imagine if you have a lot of money, you can hire a housekeeper, personal driver, personal assistant, traveling to different countries etc. The reality we don't have a lot of money, we still think many times before spending our money for unnecessary thing/entertainment.

if your second statement is true no rich man would ever kill himself, or sink with depression.

that's why I like reading what Naval writes, about being rich and being happy. Money only solves your money problems, you can have a housekeeper, chef and personal driver and still feel miserable and with no purpose because you fought with your daughter and you haven't talked for the past 20 years, or whatever other reason
there are many things money can't solve and can't buy and these are the most interesting ones in my opinion.
