The votes just failed again. They got 9 votes to flip but it wasn’t enough. The bills were shot down 205-214. Yesterday they were shot down 196-223 so they got closer but still couldn’t get to the finish line. We’ll have to wait to see what the next move is. After hearing they had the votes, this is a bit of a disappointment.
