I think there is nothing wrong with it. When you say caution, it is understood already that you will accept even a loss. If the trade is not favorable, I think a better solution would be, is to try and change our strategy. If it still doesn't work, then maybe trading is not really meant for us?

But, losing is already part of trading. This is its risk or consequence if things didn't run very well but I think it won't come to a point that many people are going to get broke. I believe it is only easy to quit on trading because it is hard and not enjoyable like playing a gambling for example.
