Yes most chains have lower transaction fee than bitcoin network and there is no lie about that because bitcoin isn’t that scalable but the problem is that most people do not know that the major issue with which many of this chains actually look more scalable than bitcoin or have lower transaction fees is because they are less congested compared to bitcoin. If some of them even have much of this congestion you will see them too having higher transaction fees or even causing having failed transactions.

Just look the the bitcoin transaction fee now it is very very low because the network is simply congested, Ethereum the other day was low but now it’s back to those high transaction fee again due to congestion. I could remember during the period of Solana memecoins there was congestion too on the network. So not that I will say bitcoin is that scalable but it gets affected because of congestion mostly
