Cost isn’t the issue with recovering wallets with small amounts because the team already said, they would consider recovering wallets with small amount as a favour but I think they charge a 20% for recovery which is fair to me but I think these fee should be paid after the wallet have been recovered and not upfront.

Their charge is reasonable enough to work with compared to the others I have seen, but as you have said, the idea of paying after wallet recovery and not upfront is a better idea, which would be conducive for their prospective client. Maybe they should look into it if that would be a challenge to client who want to use their services.
