I think they just don't know him very well. Those of us who are used to watching Atalanta in Serie A understand how valuable this player is to them. Personally, I would be very disappointed if Atalanta let Lookman go, as they desperately need him. But if Atalanta can make a significant profit from selling him, then I can't blame them. And regarding Lookman's performance, I think he's undoubtedly an extraordinary player. His contributions at Atalanta are enough to prove it. However, Lookman himself seems quite open to being released to another club. And perhaps if he went to Inter Milan, I think he could maximize his potential there. However, Atalanta certainly won't let him go cheaply. They will definitely want to try to keep him.

Maybe the most important Atalanta player alongside Retegui. The club would certainly make a profit, but i agree with you it would be a big mistake by the management to sell a player like that. I’m not sure how he would adapt at Inter, but i expected him to leave Italy altogether. His goal is probably to try to improve his form, and maybe win another trophy. It would really be a shame if the partnership between him and Retegui were to "break up".In my opinion, he is now at the peak of his career when he can give his maximum. At 27 years old, i think these are the best years for a football player.
