I read a post saying that here in our country, the government has started cracking down on illegal casinos, and they’re also looking into ways to get vloggers promoting them banned from their social media accounts. I even saw some of the names mentioned, the top one had 13 million followers, followed by another with 9 million.

They probably got paid a huge amount to promote gambling, but they didn’t think about the consequences. Just imagine losing an account with millions of followers because you promoted an illegal casino. That’s years of hard work gone in an instant, all because of greed.

A social media account with millions of followers or subscribers ban is a great financial loss. I think there should be a warning before such punishment is implemented. This is because accounts with such followers took so much time and resources to build. Another alternative could be a fine or suspension of the account for a period.

But it is better than imprisonment. I think there was a thread on this forum in which a country made a law to send influencers who promote illegal casinos to jail if convicted.
