Did you actually read the Op or you made a preempted post. The Op didn't say "Hi I'm a newbie".

Well, I'm not against the OP, just the post. In fact, I like to encourage newbies even more because I've been there and I know what it's like to be a newbie.The OP has been here for over a year, so I wasn't expecting a post like this (he didn't even request guidance). Besides, there are lots of similar posts already. I remember seeing a similar thread just above it before I made that comment. But you'd notice that OP stated why and where he needed guidance, which is still okay! (Not vouching for that OP either).
